Case Study

Industrial Ventilation and Air Distribution

Project Overview

We concentrated our efforts on the cutting-edge design of air distribution systems of the highest quality for large-scale sites in this project. Our team designed and implemented a custom system of specialized air diffusers to distribute fresh, cooled air as uniformly as possible.

Challenges

In large open areas, air frequently becomes trapped, leading to the formation of hot spots. This results in energy waste and user discomfort

  1. Air Flow: Preventing dead zones where air doesn’t circulate.
  2. Pressure Balancing: Management of the distribution of internal air pressure.
  3. Dust Control: Ventilation design to allow the controlled circulation of air.

Solution We Provided

Our engineers ensured that every air diffuser is located to provide a curtain of air and maintain temperature uniformity throughout the space.

  1. Air Quality: Improved by enhanced circulation of renewed air.
  2. Cost Saving: Improved design of the distribution air system reduced the energy required to operate the primary cooling units (chillers).
